What we do

We offer contingent or retained search & selection or pure search for positions over £50,000 annual base salary.  The disciplines we specialise in are Operations, HR, Marketing, Sales and Finance.  Our network reach extends to International but our main focus in on South East England.

Helen Webb – Divisional Head

Our Executive Division is headed up by Helen Webb.  Helen has worked in recruitment and resourcing for over 15 years both as an in-house resourcing expert and as a recruitment consultant.  Over the last 10 years she has been specialising in Executive level appointments and has managed assignments in the UK as well as across Europe, APAC and Latin America.

As a result of working in a niche marketplace, she has been able to build up an impressive network of contacts of both candidates and clients which provides her with the added ability to operate at a strategic and senior level.  A strong evangelist for networking, Helen uses leading online business network platforms, social networking sites and participation in business groups, to increase visibility and business prospects.
