Mulberry Recruitment is an independent recruitment business based on the Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire borders. The business is the creation of Ann Luke MREC who, following an extensive and successful career at Director level with Global, International and National recruitment companies decided the time was right to use her skills and experience and open her own business.
The Mulberry senior management team have worked together since the company inception in 2005 and have built a successful business with an impressive client and candidate database, mainly from recommendation. The ethos behind the Mulberry brand was to create a boutique style offering encompassing a large company service, with the personal approach normally associated with the smaller local independent businesses.

Ann Luke and the team endeavour to meet with every client prior to supplying any candidates ensuring a detailed needs analysis and client profile is produced. The team are then fully briefed regarding the specific needs and expectations of each client before we commence our search. We invest substantially in a number of job boards and have access to over 1 million candidates from various sites including Monster, Total jobs, CV library. Additionally, we use social media and networking to attract the passive job hunters. All candidates are interviewed face to face to ensure they are both a skill and personality match for the role.
